3. הפסקת תוקף האישור
עלה סכום החוב הסופי שיש לחבר בני אדם על סכום שהוא פי חמישה מהסכום הקבוע בסעיף 2(א)(1), רשאי הפקיד המורשה להודיע בכתב כי תוקף האישור יפוג לפני המועד הקבוע באישור.
