5. זכותו של מי שלא אושר כמועמד
הוגש ערעור על סירוב ועדת הבחירות המרכזית לאשר אחד משמות המועמדים שברשימת מועמדים בלי שסירבה לאשר את הרשימה כולה, יהיה האדם שסירבו לאשרו כאמור זכאי להתייצב ולטעון בשמיעת הערעור; קיבל המערער הזמנה לדין, רואים אותו אדם כאילו קיבל גם הוא הזמנה לדין.
