Section 2 of תקנות משכן הכנסת ורחבתו (פעולות ועדת הבחירות המרכזית), תשל״ז–1977, פעולות הועדה המרכזית.
2. פעולות הועדה המרכזית
הרשה יושב ראש הכנסת לועדה המרכזית לנהל במשכן הכנסת ורחבתו, פעולותיה, כולן או מקצתן, כאמור בסעיף 29א לחוק (להלן – פעולות הועדה), יחולו הוראות אלה:
(1)יושב ראש הועדה המרכזית יעביר ליושב ראש הכנסת, על פי דרישתו, סכומים לכיסוי תשלומים והוצאות הנובעים מפעולות הועדה;
(2)העסקת עובד הכנסת, על ידי הועדה המרכזית, בעבודה נוספת לצורך פעולות הועדה טעונה הסכמה מראש של יושב ראש הכנסת, או מי שהסמיך לכך ובתנאים שקבע.
