2. הגשת תצהיר מטעם משיב
משיב בערעור בחירות הרוצה להגיש תצהיר בתשובה לערעור, יגישו לבית המשפט וימסור עותק ממנו לכל אחד מבעלי הדין, תוך עשרה ימים מיום קבלת כתב הערעור, זולת אם הורה בית המשפט הוראה אחרת.
