8. הגשת בקשות מפקודה לפקודה
ממונה על מחוז [במקור: מושל מחוז] רשאי לדרוש מכל אדם שנכסיו שוחררו מתשלום המס לחזור ולהגיש את בקשתו לפיטורין מפקודה לפקודה.
