10. הזמנת הממונה
בית המשפט המחוזי רשאי להורות בכל הליך לפי החוק, כי הממונה או נציגו יתייצב בפניו ליתן עדות, כל אימת שייראה לבית המשפט כי הדבר דרוש לעשיית צדק.
