13. מועד למשלוח ההזמנות
הזמנה לישיבת ועד תימסר לכל חברי הועד אישית או תישלח אליהם בדואר רשום; הזמנה אישית תימסר לא יאוחר מ־24 שעות לפני השעה שנקבעה לתחילת הישיבה וקבלתה תאושר בחתימת ידו של המקבל; נשלחה ההזמנה בדואר, תימסר לדואר לא יאוחר מ־48 שעות לפני השעה האמורה.
