15. הזמנה שלא הגיעה לידי חבר ועד
הזמנה לישיבת ועד שנשלחה לחבר ועד בהתאם לתקנות אלה ולא הגיעה לידיו, אין בכך כדי לפסול את חוקיות הישיבה.
