21. התמעטות המשתתפים
אם תוך מהלך ישיבת הועד נתמעט מספר חברי הועד המשתתפים אך לא פחת משלושה, אין בזה בלבד כדי לפגוע בחוקיות ההחלטות שיתקבלו באותה ישיבה.
