38. תוכן הפרוטוקול
בכל ישיבה של הועד ירשום מזכיר הועד, או חבר הועד שנתבקש לכך מאת יושב ראש הישיבה, פרוטוקול הישיבה שיכלול לפחות פרטים אלה:
(1)שמות חברי הועד הנוכחים בישיבה תוך ציון אלה שנוכחו בפתיחה;
(2)סדר היום;
(3)שמות המשתתפים בויכוח;
(4)ההצעות;
(5)תוצאות ההצבעות, לפי שמות המצביעים בעד או נגד או הנמנעים.
