42. עיון על ידי חברי הועד
הפרוטוקולים של ישיבות הועד יהיו שמורים בידי יושב ראש הועד, במשרד הועד, וכל חבר ועד רשאי לעיין בהם בכל עת סבירה, להעתיקם או לקבל העתק מהם.
