60. הודעה על מכרז
רצה ועד להתקשר בחוזה הטעון מכרז, יפרסם יושב ראש הועד הודעה על כך ובה יפורטו:
(1)תיאור נושא החוזה המוצע;
(2)סכום האשראי שיידרש מהמציע לביצוע החוזה;
(3)המקום והמועד האחרון להגשת הצעות מחירים;
(4)המקום לקבלת פרטים נוספים.
