72. הזמנת בעל הצעה לבירור פרטים
הועד רשאי להזמין בעל הצעה על מנת לברר פרטים בהצעתו, שלדעת הועד יש לבררם לצורך קבלת החלטה בענין ההצעות; פרטי הבירור יירשמו בפרוטוקול.
