80. שמירת סודיות
לא ימסור אדם שום ידיעה שהגיעה לידיו בתוקף תפקידו בענין מכרז העומד להתפרסם או בענין מהלך הדיונים בועד והחלטתו, אלא לאדם שהוסמך לקבל אותה ידיעה.
