91. זכות עיון לחברי ועד
ספרי הועד, מסמכיו וניירותיו יהיו פתוחים לעיון ובדיקה לפני כל חבר ועד והוא רשאי להכין העתק או תקציר מהם, ובלבד שלא יוצא ספר, מסמך או נייר כאמור ממשרד הועד בלי הסכמת הועד.
