הוגשה תביעה לפיצויים לפי סעיף 38ו לחוק מס רכוש, כנוסחו בחוק זה, בתקופת הוראת השעה, יחולו הוראות פרק שמיני 1 לחוק האמור, כנוסחו בחוק זה, לעניין אותה תביעה, גם לאחר תום התקופה האמורה.
