7. תנאי המשמורת
(א)שוהה שלא כדין הנתון במשמורת יוחזק בתנאים הולמים שלא יהיה בהם, בהתחשב בנסיבות העניין לרבות משך החזקתו במשמורת, כדי לפגוע בבריאותו ובכבודו.
(ב)שוהה שלא כדין הנתון במשמורת יוחזק בנפרד מאסירים ומעצורים פליליים.
(ג)עיקר זכויות השוהים שלא כדין וחובותיהם במקום המשמורת יפורסמו במקום בולט לעין במקום המשמורת בעברית, בערבית ובאנגלית.
