18. סייג
(א)פעולה של המדינה, גוף ציבורי או מעביד אחר בהתאם להוראות פרק זה לא תהווה עילה לתביעת פיצוי כלשהו, בין תביעה משפטית ובין תביעה אחרת.
(ב)לענין חוק פיצויי פיטורים, התשכ״ג–1963, לא תישמע טענה, כי עקב תחולתו של פרק זה חלה הרעה מוחשית בתנאי עבודתו של עובד, או נוצרו נסיבות שביחסי עבודה שבהן אין לדרוש ממנו כי ימשיך בעבודתו.
