43. פדיית טובי יבוא והתרת רשימונם
(א)ביום י״ב בתמוז התשמ״ה (1 ביולי 1985) לא ייפדו טובי יבוא מפיקוח רשות המכס ולא יותר רשימונם.
(ב)תקנה זו לא תחול על פדייתו וסילוקו של מטען אישי נלווה של נכנסים לישראל.
