14. תשלום הענקה בטעות או שלא כדין
שולמה הענקה בטעות או שלא כדין, רשאי הגוף המוסמך לנכות את כל הסכומים ששילם כאמור מכל תשלום שיגיע ממנו, בין בבת־אחת ובין בתשלומים בשיעורים.
