6. דין וחשבון
(א)הפקח יערוך דין וחשבון על סילוק היד ופינוי המקרקעין ואופן ביצועם (להלן – דין וחשבון), יחתום עליו, ואם נכחו עדים כאמור בתקנה 3, יחתמו גם הם.
(ב)העתק מן הדין וחשבון יימסר לתופס, אם היה נוכח בשעת ביצוע הצו.
