18. המועד להגשת ערעור נוסף
ערעור נוסף יוגש לבית המשפט העליון תוך שלושים יום מיום מתן פסק־הדין אם ניתן בפני המערער, ואם ניתן שלא בפניו – מיום שבו הומצא לו פסק־הדין.
