2. טופס כתב הערעור
תיקון: תשכ״ח
(א)כתב הערעור יהיה לפי הטופס המתאים שבתוספת, בשינויים המחוייבים לפי הנסיבות.
(ב)כל אדם זכאי להשיג טפסים כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), ללא כל תשלום, במשרד הרשות, בכל לשכות משרד השיכון ובכל מקום אחר שיקבע מנהל הרשות ויפרסם על כך הודעה ברשומות, ובלבד ששום דבר האמור בתקנה זו לא יתפרש כמחייב העתק מילולי מהטופס שבתוספת.
