20. הזכות לבקש קביעת מחיר
בעל מקרקעין והרשות שלא הגיעו לידי הסכם בדבר מחיר המקרקעין שהרשות חייבת לרכוש ממנו לפי סעיף 24 לחוק, או בדבר תנאי תשלומו, רשאי כל אחד מהם לפנות לבית המשפט המחוזי שבתחום שיפוטו נמצא אזור השיקום ולבקש קביעת המחיר ותנאי תשלומו.
