4. הגשת הערעור
(א)כתב הערעור יוגש לבית המשפט בארבעה עותקים והוא רשאי בכל עת להורות על מסירת עותקים נוספים.
(ב)לכל עותק של כתב הערעור יצורף העתק ההודעה או הקביעה של הרשות שעליה מערערים; לא קיבל המערער הודעה או קביעה כאמור יצרף הצהרה על כך בכתב הערעור.
