2. הודעה על הפיצויים
הומצאה למחזיק דרישת פינוי לפי סעיף 38 לחוק (להלן – הדרישה), תודיע לו הרשות בכתב תוך ששים יום מתאריך המצאת הדרישה את סכום הפיצויים המגיע לו, לדעתה, בעד המקרקעין המופקעים (להלן – הפיצויים), בהסתמך על שומה של שמאי מקרקעין כמשמעותו בחוק שמאי מקרקעין, תשכ״ב–1962.
