6. שימוש בכספי הפיצויים
סכום הפיצויים, לרבות הריבית והפרשי ההצמדה עליו, ישמשו את הרשות לרכישת הדיור החלוף, לרבות דיור חלוף ארעי, והעמדתם לרשות המחזיק ומשפחתו, וכן לתשלום דמי שימוש בעד דיור חלוף ארעי.
