6. סטנדרט הבניה בבנין חדש
(א)היה הדיור החלוף שהוצע בבנין חדש, יהיה הבנין תואם את סטנדרט הבניה הנהוג בבניה של משרד השיכון, או מטעמו, בעת שהבנין נבנה, במקום הישוב שבו מוצע הדיור החלוף או בסטנדרט שאינו נופל מהסטנדרט האמור.
(ב)תעודה מאת מי ששר השיכון הסמיכו לענין תקנה זו, שהבנין תואם את סטנדרט הבניה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), תהווה ראיה לכך.
