שיעור הפיצויים בעד מקרקעין שהופקעו מהמחזיק בהם, שאינו בעלם, יהיה בהתאם לשווי זכותו במקרקעין כאמור בפקודת הקרקעות (רכישה לצרכי ציבור), 1943.
