6. הארכת ההסמכה של ועדות מקומיות עצמאיות
ועדה מקומית עצמאית שהסמכתה הסתיימה בתקופה שמיום י״ד באב התשפ״ג (1 באוגוסט 2023) עד ליום כ׳ באדר א׳ התשפ״ד (29 בפברואר 2024) תוארך הסמכתה לתקופה של שנה, ורשאי השר להאריכה לתקופה ארוכה יותר בהתאם להוראות חוק התכנון והבנייה; אין בהוראה זו כדי לגרוע מסמכות השר לבטל את ההסמכה לפי סעיף 31א(ז) לחוק התכנון והבנייה.
