3. השבת המצב לקדמותו
עם פקיעת צו זה, משרד התחבורה והבטיחות בדרכים יפרק את כל המבנים, והשטח ישוקם ויוחזר לקדמותו; עם גמר ביצוע העבודות ושיקום השטח תיערך תוכנית עדות (AS MADE) ועותק ממנה יועבר למשרדי הוועדה המחוזית אשר בתחומה מצוי המסוף.
