18. הוראות לעריכת בקשה להיתר
הבקשה להיתר תיערך בהתאם לכל אלה:
(1)התוכנית לרישוי מהיר שהוחלט להפקידה;
(2)ההנחיות המרחביות, בכפוף להוראות התוכנית לרישוי מהיר שהוחלט להפקידה;
(3)התנאים שפורטו במידע לתוכנית לרישוי מהיר, בכפוף להוראות התוכנית לרישוי שהוחלט להפקידה;
(4)תכן הבנייה;
(5)הוראות אחרות לפי כל חיקוק, החלות על המקרקעין.
