36. פרסום הודעה על אישור התוכנית
הודעה על אישור התוכנית לפי סעיף 117 לחוק תפורסם לאחר שהתקיימו התנאים כאמור בתקנה 29(1) ולאחר שנמצא כי הבקשה עומדת בתנאי החלטת הוועדה המקומית כאמור בתקנה 35 או שניתן אישור המהנדס כאמור בתקנה 31(3), לפי העניין.
