39ב. החלטת הוועדה המקומית לעניין תחולת חלק זה
הוועדה המקומית רשאית, בתוך חודשיים מתחילת תקנות אלה, לקבוע שבמרחב התכנון שלה רשות הרישוי היא שתדון ותחליט בבקשה להיתר שהוגשה מכוח התוכנית לרישוי מהיר, כאמור בסעיף 145א1(ג) לחוק.
