39ו. התנגדות בעל זכות במקרקעין
בעל זכות במקרקעין רשאי להגיש התנגדות בכתב לבקשה להיתר, בתוך 15 ימים מיום שהוועדה המקומית מסרה לו הודעה בדבר החלטתה לאשר את התוכנית לרישוי מהיר; המהנדס ישלח העתק מההתנגדות שהתקבלה למבקש ולעורך הבקשה.
