43. נוכחות באתר הבנייה
המפקח יהיה נוכח באתר הבנייה במהלך ביצוע העבודות באופן הנדרש כדי לבצע את תפקידו כאמור בתקנה 42 וכן בכל שלב מהשלבים המפורטים בתקנה 45(א).
