46. תחילה ותחולה
תחילתן של תקנות אלה חודשיים מיום פרסומן (להלן – יום התחילה), והן יחולו על בקשה למידע לתוכנית לרישוי מהיר שהוגשה ביום התחילה או לאחריו, ועל תוכנית לרישוי מהיר ובקשה להיתר לפיה שיוגשו לפי מידע כאמור.
התקנות פורסמו ביום 20.11.2023.
