הגדרות והוראות מחוק הסיוע הכלכלי שהוחלו בתקנות אלה, ימשיכו לחול לעניין תביעות לפי תקנות אלה גם לאחר פקיעת תוקפו של החוק האמור, כנוסחן ערב הפקיעה.
