3. תחילה ותחולה
(א)תחילתה של הודעה זו לעניין פיצוי בשל המתת עופות – ביום א׳ בכסלו התשפ״ג (25 בנובמבר 2022), והיא תחול על המתת עופות שבוצעה במועד האמור או לאחריו.
(ב)תחילתה של הודעה זו לעניין פיצוי בשל המתת בעלי חיים, למעט עופות – ביום פרסום הודעה זו, והיא תחול על המתת בעלי חיים למעט עופות שבוצעה במועד האמור או לאחריו.
