Section 1 of תקנות שמאי מקרקעין (ועדת התמחות), התשס״ג–2002, ועדת התמחות.
1. ועדת התמחות
(א)בועדת התמחות שתמנה המועצה יהיו ארבעה חברים והם:
(1)חבר המועצה שהוא עובד המדינה שמינה שר המשפטים לפי סעיף 2(א)(2) לחוק;
(2)השמאי הממשלתי הראשי שבמשרד המשפטים;
(3)חבר המועצה שהוא שמאי מקרקעין שמונה לפי המלצת הארגון;
(4)חבר המועצה שהוא נציג ציבור.
(ב)המועצה תבחר את יושב ראש ועדת ההתמחות מבין חברי הועדה.
