2. הגשת הערר
תיקון: תשמ״ה
(א)הערר יוגש בשני עתקים חתומים ביד העורר למזכירות הועדה שבתחום סמכותה נמצא המפעל שאליו נקרא העורר לשירות עבודה.
(ב)מעניהן של הועדות הם כדלקמן:
(1)ירושלים – משרד העבודה והרווחה, רחוב יפו 30;
(2)תל־אביב – משרד העבודה והרווחה, רחוב אילת 59;
(3)חיפה – משרד העבודה והרווחה, רחוב העצמאות 82;
(4)באר־שבע – משרד העבודה והרווחה, שדרות הנשיאים, בנין מרכז הנגב.
