Section 1 of כללי אבטחת מוסדות חינוך (הודעה על חובת אבטחה), תשל״ה–1974, זמן מתן הודעה על חובת אבטחה.
1. זמן מתן הודעה על חובת אבטחה
(א)מנהל מוסד יודיע למי שחייב באבטחה על חובת האבטחה שהוטלה עליו, על המועדים לקיומה ועל פרטי הפעולות שעליו למלא, לא יאוחר מארבעה עשר יום לפני המועד שנקבע למילוי חובת האבטחה.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א) רשאי מנהל מוסד להודיע על חובת אבטחה תוך תקופה קצרה יותר, אם ראה שיש הצדקה לכך בנסיבות המקרה.
