9. יידוע על פעולות לפי החוק
הקצין המוסמך או מי מטעמו והמנהל המוסמך או מי מטעמו יידעו זה את זה ואת ראש מערך הסייבר הלאומי או מי מטעמו על הפעלת הסמכויות לפי חוק זה.
