10. בקשות נוגדות לנכס
הוגשו כמה בקשות להשבה בקשר לאותו נכס, תכריע החברה, בעת ובעונה אחת, בכל הבקשות הקשורות לנכס המונחות לפניה; על אף האמור, תהיה החברה רשאית לדחות בקשה להשבה בלי לדון בבקשות נוספות המונחות לפניה והקשורות לאותו נכס, אם יתברר כי אין ממש באותה בקשה.
