2. עריכת עותק במילוי חובה שבדין
נעשה עותק נוסף של אישור שלא כשירות ללקוח אלא במילוי חובה שבדין בדבר שמירת העותק בידי נוטריון או בדבר המצאת העותק לרשות ציבורית – לא ייגבה שכר נוסף בשל העותק האמור.
