1. עיכוב יציאה
ניתן על ידי בית משפט, רשם או יושב ראש ההוצאה לפועל צו לעיכוב יציאתו של אדם פלוני מן הארץ, יפוג תקפו של הצו כתום שנה מיום נתינתו, אם לא נקבעה באותו צו תקופה אחרת.
