5. איסור גרימת נזק
לא יגרום אדם ולא ירשה לאחר לגרום נזק בשדה תעופה לרבות:
(1)למבנה, מיתקן, רכוש, ציוד, מכשיר, מסלול או נתיב;
(2)לכלי טיס או לכלי רכב;
(3)לטובין, למיטלטלין ולכל רכוש אחר.
