Section 3 of כללי רשות שדות התעופה (הסעת נוסעים באוטובוסים זעירים מנמל התעופה בן־גוריון), התשנ״ו–1996, אישור להסעה לפי הזמנה מראש.
3. אישור להסעה לפי הזמנה מראש
(א)סדרן יתן אישור לנהג אוטובוס זעיר לביצוע הסעה לפי הזמנה מראש אם נתמלאו כל אלה:
(1)שולמו דמי האישור שקבעה הרשות לענין זה;
(2)האוטובוס הזעיר נקי ובמצב תקין להובלת נוסעים;
(3)הופעת הנהג נאותה והולמת.
(ב)אישור לביצוע הסעה על פי הזמנה מראש, יהא חד־פעמי לאותה הסעה בלבד; האישור ישא את מספר הרכב, תאריך ושעת ההסעה וחתימת הסדרן.
