9. עצירה וחניה
(א)לא יעצור אדם, לא יעמיד מונית ולא ירשה לאחר לעשות כן לצורך העלאת נוסעים, או הורדתם, אלא במקומות בנמל שהמנהל קבע לשם כך ולפרק הזמן הדרוש להעלאת הנוסעים או להורדתם.
(ב)לא יחנה אדם ולא ירשה לאחר להחנות מונית אלא במקום חניה בנמל שהמנהל קבע לאותו סוג של מוניות.
