15. סמכות המנהל
(א)ראה המנהל כי הדבר דרוש לשמירת בטחון הציבור ובטיחות הרכוש בנמל רשאי הוא להורות למוביל להעביר כלי הטיס שיש בו משגור חומר מסוכן ממקומו למקום אחר בשטח הנמל ולהחזיקו שם עד אשר יורה אחרת; נתן המנהל הוראה כאמור, יבצענה המוביל לאלתר.
(ב)לא מילא המוביל אחר הוראות המנהל על פי סעיף קטן (א), רשאי המנהל לנקוט צעדים הדרושים למילוי ההוראה, ולחייב את המוביל בכל ההוצאות הכרוכות בביצוע פעולה זו.
